Job Description

Responsible for patientfacing registration and associated tasks which include information collection and validation and requisitioning of orders and services. Insurancerelated tasks include verification collection of copayments and collection of associated paperwork.
- Obtain and verify patient information for registration.
- Request payment of financial responsibility from patient/guarantor.
- Obtain federallyrequired and hospitalrequired consents
- Reconcile daily bank bags.
- Post monies collected and/or data entry or charge codes to financial system.
- Work in various patient settings and locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.

- Must possess or be able to obtain within 90 days the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for jobspecific competencies access online forms and policies complete online benefits enrollment etc.
- Must be currently enrolled in the Career Wise Apprenticeship Program.
Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
