In this remote role you will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries received via live chat and email. The ideal candidate is empathetic organized and experienced in delivering responsive high-quality service in a remote customer support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming chat and email inquiries from families caregivers and community partners
Provide accurate information about services programs and support resources
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal remote staff when needed
Maintain clear and professional communication logs and follow-up records
Collaborate with the wider remote team to ensure consistent service delivery
1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferably in a remote setting
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage inquiries across platforms
Familiarity with CRM systems email platforms and chat tools
Passion for helping others and supporting mission-driven work
