About the Role:
As a Fiscal Assistant youll support our fiscal department by processing billing for the Outpatient program and helping report financial data that supports strategic planning.
What Youll Do:
- Process tasks accurately and in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Communicate effectively with management staff and outside agencies or partners through written phone email or mail when necessary
- Interact professionally and respectfully with management staff outside agencies or partners
- Collaborate regularly with other fiscal staff to assess workload and other departmental needs
- Comply with all fiscal policies procedures any contractual or agreement language per funder applicable regulations and federal/state laws
- Attend inhouse and outofhouse trainings and webinars to stay updated on changing rules and regulations
- Represent the agency in a highly professional manner
What Were Looking For:
- Associate or Business Degree
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Proficient typing and filing skills
- Good basic background in math or accounting
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must be willing to obtain additional training when required
- Must obtain the following clearancesprior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History PA Child Abuse History FBI Criminal History and Mandated Reporting Certificate
