Role Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive professional to join our document management team. If you enjoy working in a fastpaced and engaging workplace and have a passion for organisation and efficiency this role is for you. We will support your growth and provide a flexible work environment that allows you to excel.
As a Document Management Specialist you will play a key role in managing infrastructure services projects across Australia. This position is based in Adelaide and offers a hybrid working arrangement combining office and remote work for flexibility and balance.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee document control processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all project documentation.
Skills & Experience Required:
You are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and enjoy collaborating with teams. Ideally you bring experience with document management systems such as Team Binder Aconex and Documentum. Other qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a project environment
Ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems and programs
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive and detailfocused approach to work
Knowledge of document control standards (desirable)
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
AGSVA Baseline Clearance preferred or willingness to obtain
