Job AWS Solution Architect
Location Bangalore / Hyderabad / Noida
Experience 10 15 Years
Notice Immediate to 60 days
Requirements:.
Endtoend ownership of Application support deal pursuit process from qualification to closure including solution strategy Operating model design Estimation Businesscase preparation and commercial modelling solution presentations pricing and contract negotiation discussion which includes
- Understand customers business requirements and create appropriate value proposition using HCL offerings across service lines to drive the RFP response
- Define the Operating model construct based on RFP requirements
- Perform Ticket analysis Estimation Automation and Operational transformation for both AMS and AD
- Design ownership of endtoend solution to develop the solution blueprint including transformation roadmap
- Drive internal reviews with Leadership on pursuit strategy solution design estimation methods and etc.
- Front end solution defense discussions with customer in remote or in person based on RFP demands
- Continuously work on deal differentiators and strategies that will help the team in increasing the win ratio
- Motivate and drive the team to go the extra mile to create differentiation in every customer pitch.
Experience:
- IT experience with 5 years of Solution architect experience in Large Application support and development RFPs
- Experience in Product aligned Operating model proposition and implementation.
- Experience in Gen AI based ticket automation and elimination propositions with industry toolsets.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written presentation skill
- Hands on delivery experience in managing large Application support engagements(delivery) would be an advantage.
