Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative(CSR) for our office in San Antonio Texas. The main duties including handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns and working to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. This is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50 calls a day. This position is a MondayFriday hours are 8:00AM5PM.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

Type 40 wpm
Microsoft Office experience.
Experience handling high call volumes.
Bilingual preferred
