We are seeking Sourcing Category Managers andSr. Sourcing Category Managers to join our team in a highly collaborative and supportive environment. These roles contribute to the success of the organizations global sourcing strategy ensuring the achievement of cost efficiencies supplier excellence and the longterm sustainability of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Category Managers and Senior Sourcing Category Managers 57 years experience)
- Lead the development and of global sourcing strategies for assigned categories to deliver cost savings innovation and supplier value.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers ensuring performance standards are met and fostering longterm partnerships.
- Drive negotiations for highvalue contracts focusing on cost optimization quality delivery performance and risk management.
- Think Fast by identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions price fluctuations and geopolitical factors.
- Work it Together by collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies with corporate goals.
- Make the Hard Call by driving cost reduction and efficiency improvements through the identification of new suppliers and innovative sourcing strategies.
Salary Range:
- A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $68000 USD $108000 USD.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or related field
- Ability to develop lead and manage supply chain strategy and supply base for one or more categories
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier contracts
- Proven ability to scope and create projects to reduce cost improve productivity reduce supplier risk and increase capacity
- Collaborative approach to communication and problemsolving
- Ability to foster trust and build strong interpersonal connections with leadership teams
- Passion for mentorship and sharing knowledge with colleagues

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $68000 USD $108000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
