Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Commissioning Supervisor to support one of our client an Engineering company on the commissioning of a new type of standard product (APSA O2 currently under development cryogenic production of O2 supply is critical for the endclient.
The Commissioining Supervisor will join 2 others supervisors already onsite. He will have to perfom the following tasks:
- Fill in of Quality forms and all requested documents for the obtention of quality certification and plant acceptance
- Reporting : weekly report. The report should include the list of activities of the past period the list of activities foreseen for the next period and the list of all issues faced during the period.
Requirements
- Previous experience of startup of Air Separation Unit (ASU)
- Electrical works supervision (LV / HV)
- Reading of E&I documents (logic diagrams wiring diagrams loop diagrams instrumentation hook up ...
- Reading of piping documents (P&ID isometrics support book etc.
- Precommissioning (P&ID checks blowings flushings inerting ...
- Commissioning of rotating equipments
- DCS modification
- Experience with Schneider PLC is a bonus.
- Loop and functional checks
