Northmarqs Toledo Commerical Investment Sales Summer Intern will work closely with our broker team supporting various aspects of the sales process with a focus on data management market research outreach and additional projects as assigned. This internship offers exposure to commercial brokerage operations and is ideal for individuals interested in a career in commercial real estate.

Position Responsibilities:

Analyst Support Create lease abstracts perform basic financial analysis track specific comp lists
Marketing Support Create flyers edit presentations implement social media strategies
Lead Broker Support Monitor and assist with tracking all Lead Brokers business activities and communications
Database Management Data input updating organization and tracking of investors properties markets and comp data
Project Coordination Coordinate targeted direct marketing campaigns track responses coordinate followups
Research Research of targeted investors properties markets and comp data

What Were Looking For:

Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate Finance Business Economics or a related field
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
Interest in commercial real estate and investment sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
