Job Requirements:

The Position will have the following requirements:

• Board Certified LPN or LVN
• Current LPN or LVN License
• Minimum of one year of experience in direct patient care
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish encouraged but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:

In this critical role the LPN/LVN delivers handson nursing care alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Conducting health assessments intake interviews and documentation of medical histories
• Obtaining and recording vital signs and patient symptoms with accuracy and efficiency
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a licensed provider
• Assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of routine medical conditions onsite
• Providing wound care immunizations and basic triage support
• Monitoring patients conditions and reporting any changes to the supervising provider.
• Supporting infection control and public health initiatives including isolation protocols
• Preparing patients for medical examinations or procedures
• Coordinating referrals and assisting with medical transfers for higherlevel care
• Documenting all care provided in accordance with policies and recordkeeping standards
• Participating in emergency response efforts including stabilization and medical summaries prior to travel transfer or release
• Supporting a clean organized and stocked clinical environment
