Job Description
Seeking an experienced LPN for a Long Term Care facility within a 75mile radius. Positions available for both travelers and locals. The role includes working evening shifts from 2:30pm to 10:30pm with rotating weekends required. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience a valid NY license and be proficient in EMR systems such as PointClick Care. Specializing in patient populations including MS orthopedics dementia and memory care across a 40bed unit.
