Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated BPS Sales Professional to drive growth within our Business Process Services (BPS) portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving endtoend sales processes. Your focus will be on delivering DXCs industryleading BPS solutions that enable clients to enhance efficiency optimize operations and accelerate digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales within the BPS portfolio identifying and engaging potential clients across target industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams solution architects and industry experts to create tailored proposals that address client needs.
  • Stay up to date on market trends industry developments and competitor activities to position DXCs BPS offerings effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in BPS sales or a related field with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of business process services outsourcing models and digital transformation.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients and Clevel stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to articulate business value ROI and competitive differentiators.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
  • Fluency in German and English
