DescriptionJob Mission
The Corporate Lawyer reports directly to the Head of SLA Transactions & Vendor Contract Management Legal Support and is responsible for providing legal guidance on corporate matters ensuring compliance with laws and regulations drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions corporate finance portfolio transactions and corporate governance.
- Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the efficient of transactions.
- Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations affecting business operations.
- Work closely with executives finance procurement and compliance teams to mitigate legal risks.
- Assist in corporate structuring business transactions and regulatory filings.
- Advise on intellectual property employment law and other businessrelated legal matters as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents and transactions.
RequirementsEducation Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelors degree in Law from an accredited university.
- A Masters degree will be considered an asset.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a corporate lawyer preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and contract law.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
