Description

Job Mission
The Corporate Lawyer reports directly to the Head of SLA Transactions & Vendor Contract Management Legal Support and is responsible for providing legal guidance on corporate matters ensuring compliance with laws and regulations drafting and reviewing legal documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions corporate finance portfolio transactions and corporate governance.
  • Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the efficient of transactions.
  • Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations affecting business operations.
  • Work closely with executives finance procurement and compliance teams to mitigate legal risks.
  • Assist in corporate structuring business transactions and regulatory filings.
  • Advise on intellectual property employment law and other businessrelated legal matters as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents and transactions.


Requirements

Education Experience and Technical Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Law from an accredited university.
  • A Masters degree will be considered an asset.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a corporate lawyer preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law and contract law.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
