Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Matron to oversee the wellbeing discipline and daily care of students in our residential CBSE school. The ideal candidate should have experience in student welfare hostel management and maintaining a safe nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure students safety discipline and wellbeing in the hostel.
- Supervise daily routines hygiene and health of students.
- Address students personal and emotional concerns with empathy.
- Coordinate with school staff medical personnel and parents as needed.
- Maintain hostel records and ensure compliance with school policies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferably in a school/hostel setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage students with care and discipline.
- Willingness to reside on campus.
