Job Description
We are a leading data analytics company. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Managed Services Consultant to join our team. We specialise in transforming businesses into datadriven enterprises by offering a full spectrum of business intelligence services including data engineering data strategy data science managed services and data literacy.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable being in a high pressure constantly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:Collaborate with clients to understand their data analytics needs and provide tailored managed services solutions.
Service Delivery:Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data analytics solutions ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Technical Support:Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients addressing any issues related to data analytics platforms.
Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery processes and implement best practices in data management and analytics.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP300
Experience:
- Transact SQL development experience (being able to write complex SQL statements)
- Experience in Microsoft SSIS / SSRS
- Experience in a BI Dashboarding and report development technology
- Microsoft PowerBI and MicroStrategy (Advantageous)
- Experience in automating/optimising data processes
