Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager the Accounts Payable Specialists responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Receives and verifies expense reports.
- Reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
- Facilitates payment of vendors which may include verifying federal ID numbers reviewing purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
- Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
- Processes payments for vendors consultants and employees.
- Able to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.

- Have an Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Have 02 years of experience
- Be methodical analytical and organized in your approach to work
- Having experience with Deltek Vision Vantagepoint and/or Esker software is a plus!
