Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager the Accounts Payable Specialists responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Receives and verifies expense reports.
  • Reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
  • Facilitates payment of vendors which may include verifying federal ID numbers reviewing purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
  • Processes payments for vendors consultants and employees.
  • Able to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.

  • Have an Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Have 02 years of experience
  • Be methodical analytical and organized in your approach to work
  • Having experience with Deltek Vision Vantagepoint and/or Esker software is a plus!
