Job Description:
As an IT Trainer at Pixel Web Solutions you will play a crucial role in enhancing the technical competencies of our employees. You will be responsible for designing delivering and evaluating training programs that align with our business objectives. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to the growth and success of our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs workshops and materials focused on IT skills and competencies relevant to our industry.
2 Technical Training: Provide training in various IT domains such as software development programming languages database management cybersecurity or other relevant areas depending on company needs.
3 HandsOn Workshops: Conduct handson workshops and practical exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge with practical skills.
4 Customized Training: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different teams or individuals within the organization.
5 Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations feedback and continuous improvement efforts.
6 Keep Current: Stay uptodate with the latest trends technologies and advancements in the IT industry to ensure training materials remain relevant.
7 Documentation: Maintain comprehensive training documentation including training schedules course content and attendance records.
8 Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees including answering technical questions and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications:
*Experience: 4 Years

*Indepth knowledge of IT concepts technologies and tools relevant to the software industry.
*Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in designing and delivering training materials.
