Job Title: Customer Solution Engineer (CSE)
Location: Brussels
Job Type: Fulltime

KONE is a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry dedicated to improving the flow of urban life. We provide innovative solutions for elevators escalators and automatic building doors as well as maintenance and modernization services.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Analyze technical requirements of customers and develop proposals to demonstrate how KONE products and services meet their needs.
Technical Support: Provide technical support during sales and delivery processes ensuring project specifications are met.
Solution Planning: Define specifications costs and delivery timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Project Monitoring: Organize order processes and documentation ensuring projects adhere to planned schedules.
Compliance: Ensure proposed solutions comply with codes regulations and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in the construction or elevator industry is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Mastery of Dutch is essential; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
