Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the owner to implement best practices that protect and drive the companys growth
- Lead all aspects of the companys HR function today and manage a small team while rolling up your sleeves and taking ownership for making sure that processes and procedures are in place to support this companys continued growth
- Leverage your tech skills to help ensure this company is investing in the right HRIS tools at the right time and each tool is fully utilized
- Take full ownership for the companys culturenot just a buzzword but truly take personal responsibility for making this an enduring great place to work
