The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated mechanic/HD fitter to join our busy Kenwick Workshop. We are open to considering technicians from all industries who are ready to contribute to our dynamic team.
As a Service Technician your primary responsibilities will include performing predelivery inspections preventative maintenance and repairs on a range of mining equipment and subcomponents. You will report to the Workshop Supervisor and work in a fastpaced challenging environment.
Key tasks include:
Delivery of brandnew machinery to customers across Australia.
Complete machine rebuilds.
Component rebuilds.
Supporting the latest technologies such as autonomous machinery batteryelectric systems and remote monitoring equipment.
Your profile
Relevant Trade Qualification
Previous experience working on a variety of mining equipment (Sandvik equipment would be an advantage)
Excellent communication skills
Good attitude with a strong work ethic and focus on safety
