Description

Reports to ACEO the Director of Facility Services is responsible for the direct supervision of the Plant Operations and Grounds departments with general oversight of Biomed Security Env Services Laundry and Communications departments. Provides inservice education to hospital employees. Effectively manages cost and quality of maintenance services provided to the facility including service contracts. In addition is responsible for budgets long and short range planning for equipment services and construction. Works effectively with OSHPD and State Fire Marshal. Attends schedules and participates in required hospital meetings and functions. Gathers reports and presents statistics as needed. Coordinates JCAHO preparedness and responds to all regulatory and/or accrediting agencies.
