On behalf of our client a global company delivering innovative healthcare solutions we are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with experience in SailPoint and IGA implementation.
The IAM Engineer will be responsible for supporting and implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions ensuring seamless integration and efficient identity management across the organization. This role requires a solid understanding of IAM solutions and basic experience in IGA implementation particularly in SailPoint and CBMI OT.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating and implementing IGA solutions.
- Participating in technical calls between the vendor and internal teams ensuring effective coordination.
- Supporting the vendor team technically when internal assistance is required and addressing issues.
- Coordinating technical aspects of deployments and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Acting as a point of contact for the vendor team when production technical issues arise.
- Performing basic technical analysis of the IGA solution after receiving appropriate training.
- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in IAM processes.
- Maintaining uptodate documentation and providing support to key user communities.
Requirements
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions particularly SailPoint.
- Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to coordinate technical deployments.
- Experience in working with vendors and managing IAMrelated issues.
- Ability to analyse technical problems and provide initial assessments.
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and enhance personal skills in IAM and IGA technologies.
