- Assigned to work in the bars.
- Assist the supervisor in order to achieve high service quality.
- Prepare the bars on a daily basis and take out goods from the storage house.
- Clean the floors and dust in the bars.
- Wash the glasses and other bar utensils.
- Empty the garbage and collect the empty bottles.
- Take material out of the storage house and distribute it to the bars.
- Wipe clean and place the bottles on the shelves.
- Ensure that preparations are made before service for special occasions.
- Maintain departmental equipment.
- Regularly control the backup beverage storage identify par stock levels and monitor that stock is always available according to the par stock levels.
- Perform the job according to the practices and operational standards identified by the Food and Beverage Manager.
- Comply with operational rules.
- Plan working hours as deemed appropriate by the Food and Beverage Manager. Act according to the weekly work schedule and working hours.
- Attend the orientation training.
- Undergo two performance assessments each year
- Strive to achieve 100 customer satisfaction.
- Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
- Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
Qualifications :
- Education: At least a high school or equivalent diploma.
- Experience: Not expected.
- Foreign Language: Ability to communicate using the service language of at least one language.
- Courses and Training: Vocational trainings.
- Computer Literacy: Not required.
- Skills: Is in the process of learning the products and services in the related field. Is generally expected to perform specific and standard jobs on a repetitive basis.
