Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Career Counsellor & Life Coach to join us on a project basis. The ideal candidate will support individuals in navigating career transitions setting life goals and unlocking their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide oneonone career and life coaching sessions (virtual or inperson as needed)

Assist clients in identifying strengths goals and career paths

Develop customized action plans and offer guidance throughout

Help individuals build confidence and clarity in their personal and professional lives
Requirements:

Proven experience as a career counsellor life coach or in a similar role

AStrong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Certification in coaching or counselling (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
Project Details:

Duration: Projectbased with potential for longterm collaboration

Location: Remote (with occasional inperson sessions if required)

Compensation: Competitive based on experience
