We have opening for Associate Manager(operations) and Operations Manager postions with our client in are looking for experienced Operations profiles who have experience in conducting events and activations across the country. The person must have atleast 5 years experience in Activation Agency. He must be willing to travel extensively ensure flawless of events & activations and develop an efficient network of vendors.
Role deliverables:
- Develop and ensure flawless ofevents & activations based on briefs received from Client Servicing team
- Manage of events & activations within the approved cost budget
- Negotiate with develop & maintain an active network of vendors
- Collaborate with client servicing team finance team clients & vendors for seamless of projects.
- Stay updated with all new material technologies & processes related to events & activations industry.
- Generate event/activation reports & analysis as per processes laid down by company or as required by clients.
Mandatory Skills required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Activation agency
- Must have experience of executing small/medium events and activation activities across the country
- Must have efficient vendor network
- Strong production/ material knowledge
- Must have good commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Technology enthusiast
- High integrity
Optional Skills required:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline.
Language Proficiency Required:
- Hindi
- English
- Knowledge of any regional language/s will be useful
