PositionAssociate Consultant with a market research company in Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Projects & Manage Clients: Own client projects from start to finishleading the project team managing client relationships and ensuring timely highquality delivery.
Research & Insights: Direct and oversee both qualitative and quantitative research analyze data and generate actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
IP Ownership & Application: Champion the consultancys proprietary tools and methodologies (IPs) ensuring they are applied effectively across all projects to maximize value for clients.
Client Presentations & Workshops: Contribute to and lead clientfacing presentations and workshops synthesizing insights and delivering recommendations.
Project Management: Ensure projects are on track managing timelines budgets resources and internal teams to deliver results.
Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative environment and promoting knowledge sharing to elevate team performance.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends emerging technologies and consulting best practices to grow your skillsets continuously.
