Job Description
UX/UI Designer
LOCATION
Fully ONSITE in Jupiter FL or Fort Lauderdale
DURATION
18 Months
VISA RESTRICTIONS

Key Responsibilities:
Leverage AI outputs within applications to enhance user experience.
Develop predefined prompts to achieve desired outputs.
Collaborate with product owners to understand their needs and challenge assumptions by asking why.
Conduct highfidelity design work in Figma for planning and estimation applications.
Build out workflows and create annotated handoff documents for developers (note: no development or coding experience is required).
Track work in Jira participating in biweekly sprints.
Engage heavily with the business to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research and design.
Strong background in both UI design and user research.
Experience in product development and workflow mapping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true people person.
Selfdriven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
