Job Description
Job Title: Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer
Location: Woodley Reading
Salary:per year (Fulltime or Parttime)
Expected Hours: 32 40 hours per week
Bonus: Generous uncapped commission structure

As a Fitness Coach at Anytime Woodley Reading youll be a key part of our member journeymentoring clients leading effective sessions and promoting training services while delivering exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness consultations for new and existing members including movement assessments and body scans
- Lead followup appointments to maintain ongoing training services and retain coaching clients
- Inspire qualify and convert leads into longterm members and personal training clients
- Drive member engagement through local outreach and national campaign support
- Provide outstanding customer service and positively impact each person you meet
- Ensure the gym floor and equipment are clean safe and wellmaintained at all times
- Foster a friendly supportive environment where all members feel welcomed and encouraged
- Appear confidently on social media to engage our audience and promote services
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferably in a fitness or membershipbased environment
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification required; Level 3 Personal Trainer preferred
- Friendly approachable and confident personality with a natural flair for motivating others
- Targetdriven mindset with the ability to sell and promote services effectively
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others succeed
- Competency with digital tools like iPads laptops Microsoft Office and fitness tech (e.g. body scanners)
- Confident on the gym floor engaging with members and representing the brand during outreach activities
- Commitment to ensuring the club meets 100 compliance with cleanliness and brand standards
