What youll do
Were looking for a Sourcer to join our Recruiting team and use tools data and internal networks to create targeted recruiting strategies and build a strong network of experienced professionals across our core and business functions. Were a small but mighty team and are committed to big results. You will help shape the future of our company and enhance Stripes effort to attract recruit and retain exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging top of funnel talent across multiple disciplines
- Identify engage and manage candidates through the recruitment process
- Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall effectiveness
- Strategically plan and build talent pipelines for hard to fill roles
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with top talent in the industry
- Drive top of funnel strategy for priority and highurgency roles
- Talent research and market mapping
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Brand team to explore different branding initiatives
- Support Top of Funnel event strategy and event (virtual and in person)
- Research potential local job platforms and organizations to raise brand awareness

Minimum requirements
- 3 years previous sourcing experience
- Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ie. Gem LinkedIn Recruiter Greenhouse etc. to identify and engage passive qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal hiring teams alike
- Ability to rigorously prioritize organize and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics draw insights and translate into action
- Curiosity and problem solving mindset; able to learn about and source for novel roles research talent availability and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges
