Your Work Environment
As an IT System Administrator you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the companys IT infrastructure in an international environment. You will protect critical information ensure system reliability and support daily IT operations while working with a dynamic and collaborative team.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Monitor data center health and address hardware issues as they arise.
- Maintain internal IT infrastructure including servers workstations network devices firewalls and security updates.
- Troubleshoot network systems including LANs WANs VPNs and cloud services.
- Assist the help desk team in identifying root causes and providing technical support.
- Perform system audits and ensure backup integrity.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Windows Server Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS and O365 environments.
- Implement IT security best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
- Lead IT projects and support businesscritical initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to communicate project progress and IT strategy.
Your MustHaves
- Minimum of ten years of experience in IT with at least five years in system administration.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server Azure AD O365 VMware and network management.
- Experience with IT security troubleshooting and system performance optimization.
- Bilingual (FrenchEnglish) to support a global organization.
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced international environment.
An Asset to Have
- Additional certifications in Microsoft Azure or VMware technologies.
- Experience in IT infrastructure for largescale or missioncritical environments.
- Knowledge of emerging cloud and cybersecurity trends.
