Job Requirements:
Candidates should have between three to seven years of litigation experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research writing and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid to large law firm along with experience drafting pleadings and briefs conducting research managing traditional and electronic discovery assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions and appearing before state and federal courts.
Candidates must be in good standing with the CA Bar. Federal clerkship a plus.

We have litigated issues of first impression. Our client base isdiverseand we regularly represent national and multinational corporations and national and locally based law firms accounting firms investment banks advertising agencies architectural firms and artists in disputes mergers and acquisitions and liquidations and before regulatory and selfregulatory organizations.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$225000 $350000
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
