Hi my name is Ana and I am heading the Sustainability Reporting team. Telia is on a mission to create a Better Telia and reinvent better connected living. My team and I are responsible for collecting analyzing and presenting the companys ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) data. We ensure transparency and accountability by producing reports that align with external requirements to communicate our sustainability efforts and progress to our stakeholders.

You thrive in an analytical environment where datadriven decisionmaking is key and you have a strong ability to translate insights into actionable improvements. You are skilled at driving and implementing processes and structured ways of working across multiple functions within the company ensuring alignment and efficiency. With a proactive mindset you enjoy initiating and leading projects particularly within the ESG area where your passion for sustainability and longterm value creation truly comes to life.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Setting internal controls for Sustainability reporting
- Following up and assuring the quality of Sustainability data
- Ensure sustainability data meets external requirements (ESRS EU Taxonomy CDP)
- Working with financial implications of Sustainability
Who we are looking for
You bring solid experience in financial and/or sustainability reporting standards and thrive in environments where collaboration with diverse stakeholders is key. Your strengths lie in your sharp analytical and problemsolving abilities strong team orientation and excellent communication skills. Combined with your structured project management approach and proactive mindset you contribute effectively to driving progress and delivering highquality results.
Your Experience:
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience either from financial sustainability controlling or auditing
- Academic background preferably within finance or sustainability
- Experience in Sustainability reporting frameworks (ESRS CDP EU Taxonomy) is beneficial
- Professional work experience from Europe is a requirement and Nordic experience as a merit
- Good communication skills in English is a must and Swedish language is considered a strong advantage
