Location: West Sussex
Do you have a passion for engineering excellence and a drive to lead highperforming teams Join Southern Water as an Asset Reliability Manager and play a vital role in shaping the reliability of our water and wastewater infrastructure.
In this key leadership position youll head up a multidisciplinary team of asset engineers developing proactive maintenance and operational strategies that deliver toptier performance across our network.
What youll be doing:
Leading a dynamic team to maximise performance and champion continuous development.
Driving proactive riskbased maintenance strategies.
Ensuring compliance with key legislative standards (e.g. COAR COSHH DSEAR).
Working crossfunctionally with operations maintenance and project teams.
Embedding industry best practice across civil mechanical electrical ICA and process disciplines.
Supporting training and development of technical standards for our field teams.
What were looking for:
Degreequalified in engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven leadership in asset management or engineering environments.
Experience across a broad range of technical disciplines.
Nice to have
Chartered status or postgraduate qualifications are a plus!
