Whats the Opportunity Were looking for a Letting Administrator Apprentice to join our team and dive into the world of property. This is the perfect chance to learn grow and start your career in an industry thats always evolving.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Master the Tech: Get handson with our inhouse software SME and become the goto person for internal systems.
- Be the Hub: Youll be the contact point for colleagues and clients responding to viewing requests booking appointments and managing calendars.
- Get Digital: Learn to use Signable to create and send tenancy documents online. Track when theyre signed and manage them in our system.
- Stay Connected: Take client calls host meetings via Microsoft Teams and update our website with the latest info.
- Manage the Details: Help with tenant applications and make sure client files are always up to date.
What Were Looking For:
- A techsavvy individual whos ready to dive into the digital side of property.
- Youve got killer organization skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience (even if its just handling calls) is a plus!
- Youre eager to learn and bring positive vibes to the team.
Requirements:
- A full driving license and your own car would be a bonus (but if youre working on getting it no worrieswere flexible!.
- Starting Salary: 14000 / year.
- Work Hours: 9am 5pm Monday to Friday 35 hours a week).

Throughout your learning journey you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential they plan your growth in a programmatic way close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion as well as the valuable work experience you have gained you get a nationally recognised qualification atSCQF Level 6.
