You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Floating SchoolAge Educator reporting to the supervision of the Assistant Director of School Age Programs is responsible for implementing programs and providing direct service to children across Erie Houses three comprehensive School Age Program locations. This position will work 5 hours a day during school days and 8 hours a day (full time) during summer/school vacation/holidays contingent upon funding supporting whichever location has the greatest need.
This part time (school year)/full time (summer) position is in partnership with the Expanded Learning Programs department directly impacting our student population of primarily Latinx and immigrant families.
The Floating School Age Educators primary responsibility is to interact supervise and provide a safe learning environment to the children that we serve between our 3 different locations.
The Floating School Age Educator must be adaptable have excellent communication and provide an environment in which children and grow and learn. Experience working with children 512 years old is highly preferred.
