Senior IoT Consultant

Your Impact & Responsibilities
As a Senior IoT Consultant you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing nextgeneration IoT solutions bridging the gap between business needs and technological advancements. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading IoT innovation by working with startups enterprises universities and government agencies to develop IoT platforms foster datasharing ecosystems and reduce barriers to collaboration.
- Staying ahead of emerging technologies such as predictive analytics business intelligence machine learning and 5G connectivity leveraging them to create impactful solutions.
- Developing sophisticated analytical solutions to address client challenges working closely with engagement teams to deliver tailored datadriven recommendations.
- Translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and IoT architectures.
- Evaluating and implementing IoT platforms by selecting and integrating the right tools methodologies and best practices to meet client needs.
- Providing strategic technology guidance defining deliverable structures and visually synthesizing complex concepts to drive understanding and buyin.
- Contributing to thought leadership by creating insightful and relevant intellectual capital related to IoT innovations trends and best practices.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a highly skilled and forwardthinking professional with the following qualifications:
- A Masters degree in Computer Engineering or a related field with initial professional experience.
- At least four years of professional experience in IoT technology consulting or a related domain.
- Solid understanding of IoT architecture including connectivity layers data aggregation and middleware platforms.
- Experience or knowledge of IoT middleware platforms and cloudbased IoT ecosystems (AWS IoT Azure IoT PTC etc. is a strong advantage.
- Handson programming experience in web scripting and web services (e.g. Python Ruby .NET J2EE).
- A good grasp of data analytics and how it intersects with IoT solutions.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing logistics distribution energy infrastructure power & utilities or smart cities is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch or French with strong English proficiency.
- A passion for innovation and a willingness to contribute to a fastgrowing team shaping the future of IoT solutions.
