TheSenior Technical Project Managerwill play a crucial role in driving the integration of local payment solutions into the companys innovative payments platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Integration Initiatives: Establish and manage the technical and operational relationships with payment issuers and merchants. Spearhead the integration of tailored payment solutions ensuring alignment with the companys innovative strategies.
- Conduct InDepth Analysis: Perform comprehensive gap analyses with payment issuers crafting solutions that meet stringent technical and operational specifications. This will involve assessing technical capabilities and proposing enhancements to elevate service delivery.
- Onboard Merchants: Facilitate the onboarding process for new merchants including designing and implementing nonstandard projectbased integrations. Provide handson support to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing success.
- Act as Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary escalation contact for all technical requests from merchants and payment issuers. Foster open communication to address challenges swiftly and effectively.
- Drive Project : Take charge of project planning developing detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Facilitate Agile Collaboration: Organize and lead regular project scrums fostering collaboration among crossfunctional teams including Business Development Product Management Engineering and Operations to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in mobile app development and SDK integrations adding a valuable dimension to technical acumen.
