As a Private Duty Pediatric Nurse youll be at the heart of our mission providing compassionate highquality care in a home setting. This is your opportunity to be part of an elite team of healthcare professionals dedicated to excellence.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the patients home under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Provide health education to patients and caregivers to support longterm wellbeing.
Accept and document physician orders ensuring compliance with RN Case Manager oversight.
Maintain communication with physicians patients families and the care team to address any concerns.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.

What You Need to Succeed:

Active RN license in Connecticut or a compact license.
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
Home health experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation to travel to patient locations.
Commitment to highquality patient care.
Ability to sit stand bend lift (up to 50 lbs) and move intermittently.
