We are delighted to continue our partnership with a stunning country house hotel near Ascot. They are seeking a talented Deputy Restaurant Lounge Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience overseeing the seamless service of their renowned afternoon tea and exquisite allday dining facilities.

- 40000 plus 3500 to 4000 service charge
- Working up to 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Deputy Restaurant Lounge Manager
- Collaborating closely with the Restaurant Lounge Manager to maintain optimal staffing levels and achieve exceptional performance standards.
- Assisting in leading the daytoday operations of the lounge area ensuring seamless service for allday dining and afternoon tea.
- Fostering a positive and dynamic working environment bringing high energy and enthusiasm to the team.
- Taking a creative approach to delivering a luxurious and memorable experience for every guest.
- Providing effective training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of team members.
