Job Description
JOB TITLE: LVN
ABILITIES/SKILLS:
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Additional languages perferred.
- Must be able to demonstratethe knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients in the center.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge of the principal of growth and development of the life span and posses the ability to assess data reflective of the patients requirements relative to his/her age specific needs and provide the care needed as described in the centers policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skill and the nursing process.
- Demonstrates the ability to utilize and recognize channels of communication.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships with patients coworkers and other health
