We are looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Groomer to join our mobile spa team. You will lead a team in delivering stressfree convenient grooming experiences for pets and ensure the success of our mobile grooming operations.
- Onboard new groomers ensuring they meet all training and certification requirements.
- Drive our stateoftheart Mercedes Sprinter van to appointments in the Furry Land Sherman/Ada area.
- Provide professional grooming services including bathing trimming and styling.
- Assist in developing business growth strategies.
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of mobile grooming vans.
- Manage appointment scheduling to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service handling client inquiries and concerns.
- Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with a deep understanding of grooming techniques and breed standards.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record to operate the grooming van.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with animals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- 13 years of grooming experience across all breeds.
- Experience with supervision and training is preferred.
