Job Description
Work Flexibility: Onsite
1st shift: Monday Thursday 5:30 am 4:30 pm
What you will do
- Provide leadership and guidance on a variety of production issues
- Perform defined production processes
- Take responsibility for the daytoday operations of a production work cell including communication of daily targets and delegation of responsibility
- Facilitate selfdirected work teams by directing a group of team members responsible for the manufacturing of medical equipment
- Ensure resources are allocated correctly for smooth production
- Ensure team is following documented safety and quality processes
- Work with team to adhere to companys 6S policies
- Represent the cell during tier meetings
- Be responsible for tracking the training on new and existing team members
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
What you need
Required
- High School or GED required
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or related field
Preferred
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in leadership role preferred
