Job Description

Work Flexibility: Onsite

1st shift: Monday Thursday 5:30 am 4:30 pm

What you will do

  • Provide leadership and guidance on a variety of production issues
  • Perform defined production processes
  • Take responsibility for the daytoday operations of a production work cell including communication of daily targets and delegation of responsibility
  • Facilitate selfdirected work teams by directing a group of team members responsible for the manufacturing of medical equipment
  • Ensure resources are allocated correctly for smooth production
  • Ensure team is following documented safety and quality processes
  • Work with team to adhere to companys 6S policies
  • Represent the cell during tier meetings
  • Be responsible for tracking the training on new and existing team members
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

What you need

Required

  • High School or GED required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or related field

Preferred

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience in leadership role preferred
