Summit Events is on the lookout for a bright driven and ambitious Junior Business Development Manager to join our highperforming team.
Founded in 1994 were a marketleading events company delivering worldclass HR Summits across the UK Europe and the Middle East as well as highprofile skincare conferences. Our portfolio includes the Human Resource Summit People Development Summit HR Basecamp and more.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in B2B sales or recruitment whos now ready to take their career to the next level. Youll be joining a collaborative fun and ambitious sales team with the chance to make a real impact on the growth of our business.
What youll be doing:
Sourcing and securing new business across our suite of events
Building strong lasting relationships with HR suppliers and industry experts
Managing your own client accounts rebooking upselling and growing them
Driving activity across multiple channels LinkedIn cold calls email video meetings
Representing the Summit brand with professionalism and personality
Collaborating closely with marketing and operations to ensure event success
Were looking for someone who:
Has 13 years experience in B2B sales or recruitment
Is hungry to succeed and progress in a commercial career
Is a confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
Thrives in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
Is highly organised and detailoriented CRM skills are a must!
Brings energy resilience and a cando attitude to everything they do
