Performance and Integrity Coordinator
Location/Schedule:WinstonSalem NC. Eligible for hybrid work location requiring at least two days per week inoffice. Must have a secure and private remote work area for working from home. Some travel required. Availability to travel to campuses and throughout regions occasionally for necessary meetings ability to travel locally and regionally for stakeholder hours are 8:30am5pm MondayFriday to vary on program needs.

Hiring Range:$48000 to $54000 annually Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Candidates who meet only the minimum requirements can expect to start at the beginning of the range while those with additional and relevant experience and/or advanced skills may be considered for higher starting pay within the range.

Education/Experience/Licensure: - Bachelors degree required. Studies in Health Administration Compliance Social Work Public Health or related field preferred.
- 3 years experience in compliance accreditation quality improvement or risk management preferred. Organizational experience in healthcare behavioral health or child welfare setting preferred.
- Experience with audits site visits and compliance reviews required.
- Familiarity with federal state and local regulations for licensed and accredited agencies preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Skills and Competencies: - Quality Improvement (QI) and Performance Management Ability to apply QI strategies like PlanDoStudyAct (PDSA) cycles develop logic models and use performance dashboards to track and improve outcomes.
- Contract and Credentialing Management Proven experience managing service contracts with public and private partners (e.g. DSS MCOs Medicaid PHPs) and completing credentialing/recredentialing processes including CAQH updates.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation Skilled in identifying compliance and programmatic risks and implementing proactive strategies to minimize them across departments.
- Administrative & Organizational Excellence Strong planning coordination and task management abilities. Able to prioritize multiple assignments and keep complex documentation systems organized and accessible.
- Data Analysis & Trend Identification Comfortable working with internal reviews incident reports and dashboards to identify trends track goals and support decisionmaking.
- Interpersonal & CrossFunctional Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Builds positive working relationships across departments and with external partners even when navigating technical or regulatory topics.
- Project Management Capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously meeting deadlines and adjusting timelines based on organizational priorities and audit schedules.
- Tech Savvy Demonstrated ability to use various digital tools like Google Suite (Docs Sheets Forms) Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and systems related to credentialing and compliance.

Key Job Duties - Ensure ongoing compliance with COA licensing bodies and state/federal regulations
- Partner with service leadership to implement PQI strategies logic models and risk assessments
- Facilitate and prepare for internal and external audits including chart reviews
- Lead credentialing/recredentialing processes for clinical staff and maintain CAQH accounts
- Manage service contracts with DSS Medicaid MCOs and other partners
- Translate policy updates into actionable agencywide changes
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Support incident report tracking and staff training
- Promote traumainformed practices and uphold Sanctuary Model standards
- Provide regular updates to supervisor and collaborate across departments
