What Are We Looking For
- A passionate and motivated hospitality professional
- Experience in highvolume kitchens
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop the team
- Ability to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
- Commitment to maintaining food quality consistency and safety standards
- Excellent organisation and problemsolving skills
What Youll Bring to the Role:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior CDP
- Ability to manage service prep and ordering with precision
- Understanding of cost control budgets and KPIs
- A proactive approach to menu development and innovation
- Ability to multitask prioritise and work under pressure
