Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVA)
Are you a qualified ISVA or interested in training as an ISVA
Do you have experience of working within social care/support work/health or similar fields
Yellow Door is looking to recruit and train ISVAs to work across Hampshire.
We encourage applications from highly motivated individuals to provide proactive advocacy and support services to people who have experienced sexual violence/abuse.
We are looking to recruit to a variety of specialisms within the ISVA team including Black & Minority Ethnic Complex Mental Health Children and Young People and Male ISVAs and so welcome applicants with experience of supporting a range of clients. Comprehensive training will be provided and there will be the opportunity to achieve ISVA accreditation status by an external accreditation provider.
We are looking for individuals who have experience of working within an advocacy/support role.
You will have a sound understanding of risk assessment alongside experience of managing diverse caseloads and working proactively within multiagency partnerships to support victimfocused outcomes.
The successful applicants will have strong communication and advocacy skills and knowledge of the impact of sexual violence/ abuse.

Fixed term contract until 31st March 2026 extension dependent on further funding
Driving Licence and access to own vehicle essential.
Internal and external ISVA training provided.
Essential car user: applicant must have access to a car and a full/clean driving license.
