CFO

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be proactive handson and capable of managing the financial complexities of a rapidly growing business in the infrastructure sector. You will work closely with senior leadership investors and external stakeholders to drive the companys growth ambitions and ensure compliance audit integrity and process development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the companys financial strategy supporting national and international expansion optimizing capital structure and ensuring sustainable profitability.
• Design implement and improve financial processes and systems to support scalable growth ensuring operational efficiency and strong internal controls.
• Lead budgeting forecasting and financial modeling processes to provide actionable insights for the management team and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including private equity investors lenders regulators and auditors ensuring clear communication and alignment on financial goals.
• Oversee all internal and external audit functions ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Lead the companys compliance efforts to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuring the companys financial health and sustainability as it expands.
• Develop the finance team fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven environment. Ensure the team has the necessary resources and development opportunities to support the companys growth.
• Support the companys global expansion by providing financial guidance and insights into new markets evaluating potential opportunities and managing crossborder financial complexities.

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a CFO ideally within the infrastructure transportation or lending sectors.
• Strong background in financial strategy process optimization and capital markets.
• Indepth knowledge of audit compliance.
• Handson dynamic approach with a track record of driving change and implementing processes in a highgrowth environment.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships including private equity investors external partners.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming finance team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and deliver practical solutions to business challenges.
• Experience with financial modeling forecasting and business planning.
• A degree in finance accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
