Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Fresher
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Job Summary: We are seeking a trained Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Payroll Core HR and Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate will possess Oracle certification and demonstrate proficiency in FastFormulas. This role requires handson experience in Oracle HCM Functional Modules and a commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and implement Oracle HCM modules including Payroll Core HR and Absence Management.
Develop and maintain FastFormulas to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Provide training and support to endusers for Oracle HCM modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM functionalities.
Document system configurations processes and user guides.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Certification in Oracle HCM is mandatory.
Training in Oracle HCM Functional Modules: Payroll Core HR and Absence Management with FastFormulas.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Oracle HCM implementation projects.
Knowledge of HR processes and compliance standards.
