Inventory Specialist
Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Inventory Specialist to support our Renewables business unit. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management and production tracking through our ERP system. The position collaborates closely with facility teams accounting and corporate departments to maintain smooth daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Processing & Documentation 90
- Enter daily receipts production data and revenue into accounting software
- Process customer invoices and waivers promptly and accurately
- Approve and properly code vendor invoices to support timely payment and reporting
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across facility accounting and corporate departments
- Maintain and develop documentation that aligns with SOX and company policies
Additional Duties 10
- Support ad hoc projects and additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates degree in business administration accounting or a related field preferred
Experience:
- 25 years of experience in inventory accounts receivable/payable or related roles preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
- ERP system experience (e.g. Viewpoint SAP) strongly preferred
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
- Resourceful and proactive in problemsolving
