This position includes efforts to develop a district and school culture and climate that supports diverse educators including GrowYourOwn retention incentives and strategies.

This position is in a typical school and office setting. Some bending reaching and lifting may be required. May be responsible for diffusing difficult situations including student restraint. Transportation is required.

This is a parttime 50 benefitseligible yearround position. Some evening and weekend commitments may be required for professional development or recruitment events. 2 full days or 4 half days schedule can be accommodated)
